We aim to bring together Brisbane’s love of food, beer, wine, music and local artisans to shine a light on The Old Museum and become this summer’s Friday night place to be. The Old Museum, a central and community space, is ideally situated for this weekly summer event. Our vision is to create a hub for the growing suburbs of Bowen Hills, Spring Hill, Herston, Newstead, Fortitude Valley and the surrounding suburbs. The immediate area surrounding The Old Museum has few choices for dining and grocery shopping. We hope to fill this void, at least over summer. We encourage applications from independent artisans, food growers, food suppliers and food creators. The Old Museum, Museum Coffee Co., Ravenscroft Wines and Stone & Wood proudly support the Summer Night Markets. The Old Museum Summer Night Markets will run every Friday night from 5pm- 9pm from 13 November 2015 to 22 January 2016 with the exception of Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
