We focus on farm to table cuisine and seasonal vegetables. Sweet Pea proudly serves Yampa Valley Pork, 5280 Beef and Wild Idea Buffalo. All of these are farms we trust to provide the highest quality grass-fed, free-range meat that go superbly with our chef's daily preparations. At our restaurant you can choose from locally raised beef to unique Colorado fresh produce salads, along with an affordable, sustainable glass of wine (or two!), or a cold Colorado microbrew. Clean.
