Description

We are a non-profit educational center for the study of T'ai Chi Ch'uan and related martial arts. T'ai Chi Ch'uan solo exercise is taught in consecutive weekly classes, taking six months to complete the basics.

  • Mondays: 19:00- 21:00
  • Tuesdays: 11:00- 14:30, 18:30- 22:00
  • Wednesdays: 18:00- 19:30
  • Thursdays: 11:00- 12:30, 18:30- 20:00
  • Saturdays: 09:00- 13:00
  • Sundays: 19:00- 21:00

General Info

Mike Milewski Founder / Head Instructor / Director Michael Milewski has taught the T’ai Chi form as well as pushing hands practice, sword and other martial arts forms for over 30 years. He has continued his studies with masters from China, Taiwan and the U.S. and is trained in several styles of T’ai Chi, as well as other internal martial arts and Shao Lin Kung Fu. He brings the richness of his training to the students at the T’ai Chi Center through regular form and special classes.
