Strong Girl Fitness is a group and personal training program designed exclusively for women of all shapes, sizes, and fitness levels. We only require that you possess two important traits: Passion and Discipline. By possessing these two traits, the strength will follow. You will then be part of Team Strong Girl. We are here to motivate and push you past the limits you once had. Stay tuned for our fitness programs coming soon! We will be offering group bootcamp style classes, 5k, 10k, half-marathon training, group hikes and runs. We will also measure your progress every month and help with your diet!
