The 6AM club is a group of highly ambitious Laurier students who get their day started early exercising. These individuals are high achievers academically, competitively and work towards having fulfilling careers. Waking up early to start your day is a proven contributing factor of success. In addition to being the early bird, exercise makes for the ultimate combination. Our group is open and inviting of everyone. It was formed with the idea of bringing together like-minded individuals and providing opportunities for self improvement. Club members also put together events and fundraisers within the community to help give back and subsidize the cost of an annual trip.
