The end of prohibition in 1933 ushered in a golden age of swank bars and lounges. Inspired by iconic rooms such as The Stork Club, the Starlight Room and The Clover Club, The Cooper Lounge evokes the glamour, style and sophistication of the era. This was also the golden age of the “cocktail” and The Cooper’s highly skilled bartenders pay homage to this with a collection of impeccably prepared classic libations.
