Description

Covering Albury/Wodonga and surrounding areas I'll come to you and your dog, so you dont have the hassle of getting your best friend in and out the car and leaving them all day in a salon. Depending on your needs I can groom your dog in about an hour from as little as *$40 *(Prices vary with size and options) The Happy Hound Policy The Happy Hound is implementing a new policy to try and keep clients (and myself) happy, so there will be, hopefully, no confusion in the future. (subject to change) 1/. There is a no-show fee of $10. If you have an appointment and you are not at home, your next appt will incur the fee. 2/. Arrangements can be made before you’re appt to do a job while you are not home, If you want to arrange this at the time of your appt, it is considered to be a no-show, and will in incur the no-show fee of $10. 3/. If you want something specific done, please tell me. Every dog is different, as are their owners and wants. In saying that, I DO NOT DO SPECIFIC SPECIES CLIPS. 4/. If something is done that you don’t like, tell me and we can change it for next time. Again, I don’t know unless you tell me. 5/. Until I can get better rain protection from the back of my trailer, I will not be clipping dogs in the rain. I get wet, the dog gets wet, and my clippers don’t work in the wet. But I can still wash the dog, if you want me to. I will call you in the morning to change your appt. 6/. The loyalty card is for one free wash on your 6th appt. Not per wash/dog. (Does not include extras, or travel) 7/. There is a $10 travel fee for people outside Albury/Wodonga, to cover petrol costs. Travel limit is approx 30min. 8/. I will work Saturday’s when needed, but I won’t work Sunday’s. I too need a break. 9/. Please allow approx 15 min before and after your appt time for me to arrive. Some dogs are quick and easy, some are not. My times can change slightly because of this. 10/. Blow drying: I do my best to dry your dog with the time I have available for each job. I will spend approx. 10/15 min drying your dog. Hair thickness and length can make drying some dogs harder than other and as such, will not be “completely dry”. Feet, ears and rear can be the more problematic areas to dry.
