Inspired by some of their favourite waterside spots from Australia and beyond, they’ve borrowed the best from Bali, creating a unique open space lined with cushioned daybeds so you can lounge around with a glass of wine or a cocktail and enjoy the view. The atmosphere of the restaurant is breezy, relaxed and interacts beautifully with its surrounds, the use of natural timber and stone creating warm tones that form a synergy between inside and out. Head chef, Sam Higgins, embraces the best in Queensland produce to create a menu that further enhances the relaxed, resort-style atmosphere, interweaving Indonesian accents on the still distinctly modern Australian menu, whilst front of house manager, Sharlaye Langi, leads a team of seasoned professional wait and bar staff to cater to your every need.
