Just a lot of back pain, and stomach issues colitis, crohns, to name a few. My friend suggested to me about the Challenge. To me, I saw a few friends and celebrities talking about it over the months, and I saw it just as a weight loss thing. To someone that is about 100 pounds you really weren't too sure if this is what you want to take or do, because you don't need to lose weight but gain weight, gain muscles. So, I tasted it, liked the shake, it really does taste like cake mix. What did I have to lose just by tasting it and seeing the health improvement it could do for me? So I did, I signed up as a customer and a promoter. why not? Why not make some money on the side, while improving in my own health and helping others to do the same. A week into my challenge, just a week my migraines were gone. I could get up in the morning without severe pain and get my kids ready for school. pack them their lunches, and serve them breakfast. before I couldn't do that, I'd be in too much pain to even get up. It was hard, I hated taking the tylenol and having that dependency on taking that because it didn't help. So, with the migraines being gone, I continued on. I noticed a huge change. No more cravings for junk food, no more cravings for fast-food mcdonalds french fries was my weakness now I couldn't stand the smell, let alone taste. I gave up drinking soda which was my strongest thing. I gave up drinking homogenized milk and stuck to almond milk, rice milk, coconut milk, coconut water, flax milk, hemp milk, you get it, I was starting to steam my foods more, bake them, grill them, I cut back on oils started using olive oil and coconut oil. I was looking into going organic, and adding seasonings and spices to my foods. Drinking more water, having healthy snacks. encouraging my family to do the same. Now almost 5 years later, no more dependency on my inhalers, no more suffering from crohns and colitis, no more asthma issues or migraines. No more hypothyrodism. I might get the occasional headaches every now and then, but it hasn't been like that for a long time. and most of it is usual stress/ and not enough sleep. I will have to say that the Challenge did not cure me of these, but definitely improved and continues to improve. I know I have a lot of health issues, and all but I continue on with my Challenges each and every day, why? because of all the benefits I've seen from it from my life, and in others. That's why I'm on this challenge, and continue on with it, helping my friends to also believe in themselves more to do it too. My mindset changed, I went from someone that was super shy, insecure, low self-esteem from someone that gets constantly hassled by a lot of people, lots of verbal/emotional abuse in my life that I continued to stay strong and positive through it. Because of belief, that I'm better and can definitely do better and WILL DO IT even if it takes me longer than others I'll do it.
