The Pillars is a feminist based holistic healing practice using both Reiki and Hypnosis. Our goal is to empower young girls and women, strengthen their self-esteem and confidence, help them recognize their value and enable them to move past emotional roadblocks that have been created by their individual lived experience, specifically abuse. The Pillars hopes to build girls and women up, while giving them their voice back in order to speak their own truth.
