She had her first spiritual breakthrough at the age of 8 years old, able to see inside of her body to heal herself and dream consciously. A born entrepreneur, certified Yoga Hatha teacher in 2007 from the institute Heaven on earth her mentor is the lovely Karen Claffey. Practicing meditation, dance, martial arts and yoga asthangha for many years before she jumps into teaching, while she was on vacation in Tunisia in 2004 she realized how powerful is to teach yoga and then took on to be a yoga teacher. With her 20 years of experience and over 7 years of self development, she's has been guiding people on the path of self-knowing clearly, kindly and powerfully using many tools; visualisation, spiritual coaching, bringing in channeling information by capturing the notes of the heart and inner observation.
