So what is The War Room? "The War Room is a private training facility, offering those wanting to get in shape, and stay in shape, an alternative to the typical big box gym. Our programming is based on the fundamentals of Strength & Conditioning with an emphasis on creating proper movement patterns and injury prevention. If we move and feel better…well, that’s everything." "Our membership base is made up of people from all walks of life, from the Aging Athlete to the Corporate Desk Worker, and we pride ourselves in being a group of average people, for the most part, doing above average things. The goal in here is simple, get in shape and stay in shape, and that’s why our number one focus is results." "We’re called The War Room because in order for one to achieve results they must first be willing to step outside of their comfort zone and force change to occur…and that’s not going to happen from doing what’s easy or trendy but rather from doing what’s necessary and proven.
