The take approximately 2 weeks from the date of order. Made out of quality brand name yarns in various different softness. Special requests are always welcome. Private message me and we can go over all the details to your items. I will ship across Canada at a reasonable charge. I will personally deliver items in the local Niagara area. I do not do refunds on washing machine damaged items or neglect but I will remake items if there are issues with sizes ect as long as original is returned****
