Established in 2009 by Quarter Century Club Inductees of the former Inco Limited. Today the club has members from the current Vale and former Inco.

Description

In mid-2009 a small group consisting of Ashok Dalvi (Leader), Paul Hynek, Len Kowal, Ahmed Vahed and Tony Warner, thought that it would be a good idea to have a newsletter and organize a Quarter Century Club dinner. Thus they embarked on the task of contacting as many 25-year Inco service people as they could identify, both still employed by Vale and retired from Inco, not only from Toronto Office and Sheridan Park but from other Inco operations who live in the area. There was a great response and the “Toronto Quarter Century Club” became a reality. This group of stalwarts moved on to organize a Re-Union Dinner in 2010, which has continued in subsequent years. The objective was to provide a high quality venue for the dinner and include a cocktail hour and a guest speaker all at a reasonable cost and easily accessible. The dinner proved to be very successful and is a highlight of our club members. To rekindle acquaintances, relationships and friendships with retirees and coworkers.
