Welcome to Town House B&B Exeter, one of the most friendly and popular guesthouses in Devon, situated just a short walk from the city centre, University and train station. Town House is a contemporary style B&B set in an old Victorian house, recently modernised. It’s not enough to just offer a bed, we want to do more for you, make your stay a pleasurable experience. The Town House staff strive to offer our guests friendly hospitable service and a comfortable, enjoyable stay. We offer a comfortable and spacious rooms with modern bathrooms, TV, tea & coffee facilities and a wide variety of services, including free WI-FI, parking permits free of charge, late check in/early breakfast available by prior arrangement and your luggage can be left with us before check in or after check out. All our room are all en suite, colourful, modern and named after a famous literature character. We look forward to welcoming you at Town House.

Breakfast times: Weekdays 7am-9am, Sat, Sun & Bank Hols 8am-10am (early breakfast or special dietary needs available by prior arrangement ) For breakfast we offer a great selection of continental breakfast as well as full English sourcing local, fair-trade & home-made ingredients. We even have our very own Town House free range chickens producing eggs for your breakfast. Freshly baked croissants, fresh fruit including berries, grapes & grapefruit, fresh local yoghurt, cereals & muesli, selection of juices, home-made jams, honey & marmalades made by us. Full English (2 free range eggs, grilled local bacon & sausage, mushrooms, tomatoes & baked beans) Scrambled eggs and smoked salmon Porridge Omelettes & ham and cheese are also available
