Townsville Dance Theatre is a company aimed at educating young North Queensland dancers at an elite pre-professional level. Townsville Dance Theatre hosts workshops around Townsville with invited Guest Tutors/Artists who are currently working within the Dance industry. Workshops include; Classical Ballet, Contemporary Dance and Technique, Repertoire classes, Stage Hair and Makeup classes, Injury Prevention and Nutrition Seminars and Pilates/Core Strength training. We provide the necessary tools and techniques that young dance students need in order to pursue a possible chosen dance career in their future.
