POLICIES CANCELLATIONS 24 HOURS NOTICE FOR CANCELATIONS REQUIRED PLEASE. If you need to cancel/change an appointment please have the courtesy to do so with at least 24hours notice. This Provides the time needed to offer the appointment to someone else and replace the lost income. Any no show or short notice cancellation will result in a $20 charge added to your next service. • Upon 2 short notice cancellations and/or missed appointments you will be required to pay for your next appointment in advance. NON-REFUNDABLE. • If there are continuous no show/last second cancellations I reserve the right to refuse service, and discontinue bookings. LATE ARRIVALS Please allow the full amount of time necessary for your technician to perform your service. This makes it possible to provide you will thorough and quality service. If you are more than 15 mins late it may be necessary to down grade your service or reschedule if you arrive later then 15mins. Last minute cancellation fee will apply. SICK If you are sick or contagious I ask that your reschedule your appointment. I know with my busy schedule that it may not be ideal to miss your appointment and have to wait for the next available one, but it is much easier for me to try and make an opening for one person then it is for a whole week of clients that would need to be accommodated in the event that I catch your illness. I do have a late cancellation list in the event that you need to reschedule your appointment due to illness, and you will be notified if anything becomes available. PAYMENTS • Full payment must be received at the time of service. • Cash Only Please! No IOU’s. CHILDREN Your children and pets are lovely and lovable but a spa appointment quickly becomes an endurance test for them, therefore CHILDREN ARE NOT PERMITTED to be present during the service in order to maintain highest quality standards and time control. I appreciate your understanding. I understand things come up and my rescheduling policy remains the same. FILLS Your new nails will need regular maintenance (Approx. every 2 - 3 weeks). As your natural nail grows, the product will grow with it, thus leaving a small gap at the cuticle end of the nail. Fills not only keep your nails looking perfect they reinforce the strength and structure of the nail enhancement as the nail grows out. It is important to schedule your appointments before you start seeing problems. After 3 weeks of growth, the tip of your enhancement will become heavy, with no support in the new growth area; you will have more chances for lifting breaks and to hurt your real nails. Your nails need to be re-balanced to maintain proper structure. • Fills coming in from another salon will be full set price. • If you wait 5 weeks or longer between fills, nails will be charge as a full set - no longer a fill. • Nail Repair between fills will be charged at $5.00 per nail. 3 broken nails included in fill any more then that is $5.00 each but if you’re missing more than 5 It will be a full set. * Please Note - I cannot guarantee your nails, as I do not know how you treat your nails away from me. So a regular maintenance will prolong your investment. SERVICE TIMES Keep in mind that nail services are an art not an exact science. Many factors can affect the time it takes to perform a service. I do a complete rebalance and design change at every fill appointment, and your appointment time will vary depending on the difficulty of the design you choose.
