The Hotel School Vatel Quebec is located on the Cegep Saint-Hyacinthe campus, an establishment for higher studies that each year welcomes more than 5 000 students. There are also many activities that are proposed throughout the year. The teaching facilities Practical sessions are conducted in the 4* Hotel des Seigneurs (Lord's Hotel) located in Saint-Hyacinthe.
