Welcome to the Velvet Cinema. We’ve added a dash of camp and fun to your regular cinematic delights. Our goal is to bring together Calgary’s Queer and Queer-friendly patrons for the viewing of notorious cult classics that you have all come to adore, modern films that resonate with the community, as well as films that portray the visceral history of the LGBTQ Community. This is another opportunity for our community to come together and enjoy who we are; and who doesn’t love popcorn?
