W Legal provides a wide range of legal services including property and conveyancing, general commercial, wills and estates, company and business sales or restructures and intellectual property advice. W Sports & Entertainment is the sports and entertainment talent representation and agency arm of the W Group, headed by both Garry Winter and Dimitris Parhas. W Sports & Entertainment adopts a holistic approach to talent management by addressing the specialised representation and business development needs of its client base. W Sports & Entertainment assists its clients with their sports management and marketing requirements, develops and fosters partnerships on their behalf and provides exceptional high level long-term strategic advice (through the W Consulting and W Legal arms of the W Group) to ensure its clients’ future interests are protected. W China provides business consultancy services and detailed taxation and corporate compliance advice to Chinese entities looking to invest in Australia and to Australian entities looking to invest or source supply in China. W China has pre-existing relationships with Chinese investors and suppliers and seek to develop commercial relationships with Chinese entities and assist them in understanding the Australian market and regulatory regimes.
