We offer a unique and different MMA program than most other gyms. Our styles of Grappling and Striking were designed specifically for MMA competitions, however, our techniques also work very well in Self Defense situations.

MMA- GRAPPLING, GROUND FIGHTING, CATCH WRESTLING A program designed to cover all aspects of MMA Competition Grappling/Striking as well as self-defense techniques. Tuesday & Thursday @6:00pm MUAY THAI AND K1 KICKBOXING Two different striking programs, both designed towards MMA Competition. Advanced K-1 Tuesday & Thursday @7:30pm Beginner Muay Thai Monday & Wednesday @7:30pm Wednesday @Noon Sunday @4:00pm Women's only Kickboxing Monday & Wednesday @6:00pm JUNIOR DRAGONS A fun KIDS program, designed to teach KIDS basic Mixed Martial Arts techniques! Ages 8 to 12. Friday @5:00pm $50.00 PER MONTH PRICES $50 per month UNLIMITED! Come to as many classes as you like! Personal training is available as well, $40.00 per hour or less, depending on frequency. Drop-ins are $10.00 per day. Gift Cards and Gift Certificates are available as well!Company Rating
