The dream is a store where all of the makers of beautiful things in Winnipeg can sell their items and a place where you can shop with the understanding that every finished product was made within 100 miles of the cash register. 100% of the retail price of the piece goes back to the artist and to be part of this all they need to do is rent their display area. Once a location is found and set up the expected marketing, staffing, and operation costs will be divided up between the different displays and the Artists of Winnipeg will be able to come in and rent one according to what is outlined for that space. (clothing racks for clothing not for hanging pottery). At the end of the year any money that remains will be given back to the Artists according to how much they have put in.
