Welcome to Trimurti Yoga Germany (yoga_consciousness) – a part of Trimurti Yoga – an internationally recognized Yoga school located in India, teaching and promoting Yoga, running Teacher Training Courses and Retreats. Trimurti Yoga Germany was born out of Trimurti Yoga as the first branch in Europe. We specialize in professional Yoga Teacher Training Courses. Our programs are registered in Yoga Alliance (www.yogaalliance.org). We provide 200-hours, 500-hours, Prenatal and Kids Yoga Teacher Trainings. Our Yoga Teacher Training Courses are located in Germany Bavaria, Go:ttingen, Near Kassel, Dusseldorf, Dortmund,Hannover, Bielefeld and beautiful places around in Italy,Tuscany, Near Florence, Pisa, Livorno, Siena an In Greece, Athens, Santori island, Lesvos Island. At Trimurti Yoga we aim to bring together an authentic Yoga teaching, coming from an Indian tradition with a modern view on Yoga that can be understood and beneficial for the contemporary world. We believe that Yoga is not only about physical exercises, therefore we would like to introduce a deeper understanding of Yoga practice, referring to its ancient roots, the scientific approach, and enhancing our Consciousness and Well-being through this experience. We can use simple techniques of yoga to make our daily life more creative, spacious, relaxing and joyful. Our programs are fusion of both modern and traditional perspectives, and therefore we invite Indian and Western teachers together, to show a wide understanding of Yoga, beneficial for many different students all over the world.
