Looking for a space to move, grow and feel heard? Whether you are a Beginner or Advanced Yogi, classes are tailored to suit you.Welcome to YogaNess where Everyone is welcome. Non exclusive. Find movement, strength and flexibility in a welcoming, intimate environment, located in the heart of Albury. Purna is a Sanskrit word meaning "complete." Purna Yoga is an evolving system using a wide variety of inspiring and effective techniques to address our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs. I run a number of classes that are suitable for Everyone, including pregnant yogi's. Available for sporting,corporate or school holiday programs and I do travel. Registered internationally with Yoga Alliance, I completed my Level 1 Purna Yoga Teacher Training with Byron Yoga Centre and completed my Pre/Post Natal Training through Bliss Baby Yoga. I feel I bring my caring, loving and playful nature to my practice and allow you to grow, on and off the mat. $18 casual class. Packages available
