We strive to offer our clients the best services for the best value that they will find anywhere in St. John's whether it be at a Bootcamp or Fitness Class, Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching. You ROCK Fitness was co-founded and is operated by one fit and super awesome couple (if we do say so ourselves ;) Aimee & Patrick. Both are experienced, certified personal trainers who live health and fitness and love to motivate and educate people on how easy is it to live the "lifestyle". We believe that there is no such thing as a "quick fix" when it comes to your health. There aren't any shakes, pills or supplements that will give you quick results you are looking for that will last forever. To become FIT and HEALTHY you have to make a LIFESTYLE change. Health and fitness takes clean eating and consistent exercise and that is exactly what You ROCK Fitness is all about. We pride ourselves on being helpful and knowledgeable while providing one-on-one attention in a small group setting to help you get the best possible results in the safest way.
