Hi There!! YouFit provides Bootcamp, Personal Training & Group Fitness Training in the Metford/ East Maitland area! Along with permanent bootcamp times we also offer small group sessions and one on one Personal Training. Bootcamp runs 3 days per week at Maitland Grossman High School, Monday - Wednesday - Friday at 6pm, This is a permanent location that runs rain hail or shine!! Bootcamp consists of cardio, body weight training and HII. If large groups are not for you, why not try 'Build your own Bootcamp' with this option you are able to pick a time that suites you and your friends and exercise in private!! One on one personal training is available throughout the week, hours are flexible and all sessions are tailored to your needs.
