This page is dedicated to helping others improve their health and well-being. Not only physical health but also mental and emotional well-being. Through this page, I will share any information that may benefit and motivate those that are keen to make a positive difference to their health and fitness. I strongly believe investing in your health is the most valuable investment in life. Especially your mental health, which is extremely important. This is particularly important for those of us living a fast paced, very busy, stressful lifestyle. I hope to encourage positive thinking through motivational messages and reminders. I have always made health and fitness a priority in my life and seen people around me loose their health because of overwork, not caring etc. I am now keen more than ever to help motivate people to focus on their well-being. Loosing your health means loosing everything. I have recently started teaching fitness classes (Zumba and Yoga). Both I believe are great for physical as well as mental health. I am teaching at Blacktown Anytime Fitness every Saturday. Zumba: 10-11am Yoga: 11-12.30pm Feel free to try it out!
