I offer general online counselling services, to assist and guide you to overcome personal, work and social difficulties.

Description

Counselling is a helping profession which provides a safe, non-judgemental and confidential environment for you to talk about anything that might be bothering you. This can range from conditions such as anxiety/depression, to problems in relationships or at work, or just simply if you want to talk to someone about everyday issues, thoughts and feelings. One of the purposes of counselling is to help you to solve issues yourself rather than analysing or investigating the cause of them. Counselling is also not about telling you what to do, it is about empowering you to find your individual path, one that is right for you. I am a qualified counsellor who offers general counselling online (including email) to people all over the world and face to face for locals. I offer face-to-face (Canberra only), telephone, email and online (e.g. Skype) counselling internationally. Due to security reasons, I do not publicise my phone number. Please contact me by email or private message. Clients places are limited but I will endeavour to help find alternative counsellors should the need be urgent.
