恩雨中、晴天下，何只一種心情﹗ 廿多年以來，「恩雨之聲」推出的見證製作透過傳統大氣電波，向各地華人社群每星期傳播真人檔案式故事，當中所傳講的盡都是真實、感染力澎湃的正面信息。 年復一年，經歷幾許時代變遷，社會型態急速蛻變﹕向著經濟看、跟著科技走，順著大勢行。當一切似乎是朝著更美好的方向進發之際，人的內心卻承受著種種附帶的外在壓力、生活枷鎖、甚或因為一些未可預期的變故而洐生出大量負面情緒，如果沒有及早循適切的渠道將之釋放，經過時間的累積就可能演變成為不同的心理反差，對整全身心靈都有著破壞性的傷害﹗ 「天色不曾常藍，花開不會常漫」，許多見證人在「恩雨之聲」的製作當中已經以自身經歷述說了人生萬變的永恆定律；「恩雨」團隊進而構建「晴天下」平台的理念，是要借用這許多見證人的心路歷程，將之剪輯成為精簡到位的短片與同路人分享。這些短片以情緒為點子去引發共鳴，配合流動裝置接收的便利，讓人隨時隨地觀看，及早舒緩抑壓於內心的負能量。「晴天下」平台同時包羅其他具有啟發意味的短片及圖文欣賞，計劃中亦會推出專題探討，由專業人士深入剖析不同的情緒問題，及早防患於未然。 現實中真不可能日日是個大晴天，活著能多有盼望，是懷有積極的信念邁向光明﹗期盼進到「晴天下」的瀏覽者，無論正走在恩雨中，或流連在晴天下，都能深深領受到這股生命動力，引領他們勇敢踏上瞬息萬變而又豐富多姿的人生旅程﹗ 從這一代到那一代，盡用新媒體，傳揚信望愛﹗
