My journey started at the tender age of 16 where I spent my school work experience in one of the UK`s biggest retail and manufacturing company`s. During my week there, I learnt to make a fantastic silver bangle from scratch! This only fuelled my passions even further! I then went onto spend the next 3 years at college studying silversmith & Design. Following this, I then worked for one of Scotland`s most exclusive jewellery designers. The years have passed and my career took off in another direction....but the time has now come to carry out my dreams and passion of having my own business within the jewellery sector. I have spent the last 9 months sourcing the best quality LOCKETS, BRACELETS, CHAINS, CHARMS, BACK PLATES, BIRTHSTONES and BESPOKE GIFT PACKAGING. I have taken great care in working with only the best manufactures who have years of experience in the manufacturing of glass lockets. They are available in a choice of finishes: Original Stainless Steel, Stainless Steel with Diamanté, Rose Gold with Diamanté or Black Stainless Steel With Diamanté. - Chains are made from 316l Stainless Steel and 925 Sterling Silver. Please see individual item descriptions for more information. - Mini Lockets are 20 mm in diameter and you can fit approx 1 charm and 1 birthstone in this size of locket....small but truly beautiful! - Medium size Lockets are approx 25mm in diameter. you can fit approx 5 charms and 4 birthstones in this size of locket ( depending on your choice of charms as they all vary in size) - Large size Lockets are approx 30mm in diameter. You can fit approx 6 Charms and 5 birthstones in this size of locket ( depending on your choice of charms as they all vary in size) - Each charm is slightly different in size but on average they measure 4-mm in diameter and hight. My charms are a wonder to see and so much detail goes into each and every one of them! - All orders come beautifully packaged as standard. From interior packaging right through to the exterior. If you order a chain together with a locket your items will come boxed perfectly for you. Items bought as individuals or if your adding to your collection, these will come packaged in velvet pouches. Returns & Refunds FAULTY GOODS: If your product is found to be faulty or defective or becomes defective due to manufacturing defects within 6 months of purchase, i will offer you the choice of repair or replacement. Should your purchase become faulty, you will need to: * Notify me via email within 7 days. Please note, i may ask you to send a photograph of the damaged item. * Return the damaged product to me, in which case i will refund the cost of postage to you. GOODS LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT If your product is found to be damaged or lost during transit, i offer you the choice of a refund, repair or replacement. Should this happen, you will need to: * Notify me via email within 7 days. I may ask you to send a photograph of the damaged item Return the damaged product to me, in which case i will refund the cost of postage.
