My husband and I , a British and Nigerian couple are doing a trip from South Africa (the south most point) back to the UK driving in our ToyotaLandcruiser

I know it is a bit daft starting my write up in Tanzania as it says South Africa to the UK bear with me there is a story behind it !!!. We started in South Africa at the south most point of South Africa where the Indian ocean and the Atlantic ocean come together in 2013 driving through Mozambique, Namibia , Botswana where we got bogged down in the central Kalahari game reserve for 24 hours (A story that was run by the South Africa Drive out magazine), Zambia and was about to go into Malawi when we thought it will be nice to settle in one of the African countries and we choose Namibia and bought a property but as our Namibia visa was running out we went back to South Africa and took the opportunity to visit Lesotho (a country that is in a country in South Africa) and Mozambique again, it is always nice to go there. We then went back to South Africa and I started the process of applying for a visa extension that took months and then could not go into Namibia without a valid South Africa visa so we waited for months by then Gerard's visa was about expire so we decided to drive to the Orange river that is the border between South Africa and Namibia and camp there, so he can go across to Namibia, stay for 24 hours and come back to South Africa with a 90 day visa on his passport living me behind with just the ground tent and a credit card that we have not used for 2 years just in case but when he got there he was told that he has over stayed in South Africa by 84 days which we were not aware of because we thought he was given 90 days when we were coming back from Lesotho but was given 7 days only. He later called from the Namibia telling me about the situation so we made a plan, he had to continue into Namibia while I go back to clan William to stay with some friends we met who were long time campers there which was made possible by the camp owner whose wife took me to Springbok from there I continued my journey to clan William mean while trying the credit card which was not working because we have not used it for 2 years. Because of this we stayed apart for almost 6 weeks and while he was in Namibia he applied for our work permit for Namibia which took about 5 weeks for them to approve a 90 day visa instead of 2 years visa which we continued to apply for and was not granted . By the time I got the South Africa visa and applied for my Namibia visa we have fallen out of love for Africa with everything happening and decided to put the property back on the market and go back to the UK oh no we got another thing coming, my visa was rejected on the ground that I did not submit English language test certificate, TB certificate and other information. Off we went from windhoke to Lusaka, Zambia which was the nearest centre for the English language test which was cancelled at the last minute but I was able to do the TB test which is done in only one hospital in the whole of Zambia from there we chased the English language test to Lilongwe in Malawi, which was successful . Since we are now going North and not South we decided to go back to the UK by road so onwards we went from Malawi to Tanzania. Every country has its own tale !!!!!!!.
