A Ray of Clay produces a unique range of hand crafted polymer clay creations including Jewellery, Keyrings, Decorations & Collectables. Each creation is individually hand sculpted with love by me, cured in a kiln and finished with a layer of gloss glaze for shine and protection. ♥ PURCHASING ♥ If you would like to purchase an A Ray of Clay creation, please comment beneath the appropriate photo or contact me via private message or email. ♥ PAYMENT ♥ I accept PayPal as my main method of payment, which is a completely free, efficient and safe way to pay online for your A Ray of Clay creation. For each order placed, I will send a PayPal invoice so you needn't worry about setting up a new recipient. In rare circumstances, I also accept Bank Transfer as an alternative payment method. ♥ CUSTOM ORDERS ♥ I am also currently accepting custom orders so please feel free to contact me if you would like to discuss a commissioned creation especially for you. Prices for custom orders range between £15 and £25 + postage, however are agreed between myself and the buyer before the sale is finalised. Please bare in mind that custom orders may take a little more time to be designed, created and posted to you, however if you need your item by a certain date, please let me know in advance and we can work together to make this happen. For custom orders in general, please allow at least 2 full weeks from the date you placed your order for your order to be with you, unless agreed otherwise. During the busy Christmas period, it is advised to order a minimum of 3 weeks in advance, just to ensure your purchase arrives in plenty of time. ♥ POSTAGE ♥ I prefer to post my creations using First Class Recorded Delivery for both your peace of mind and mine at an additional cost of £3.00 for Jewellery and £4.00 for Keyrings/Decorations/Collectables. However, I will also offer standard (2-3 day) delivery at a cheaper price of £2.00 for Jewellery and £3.00 for Keyrings/Decorations/Collectables at the buyers own risk. (Prices may vary slightly in accordance with the size of the package). Please note, I am currently only posting to the UK. A Ray of Clay creations sent by post will be safely packaged in bubble wrap and presented in an organza bag making them ideal, unique gifts for friends and family. Collectable Ornaments all come safely packaged in a shabby chic presentation box, along with a signed adoption certificate for your new addition to the family :) ♥ CARE ♥ Please note, whilst I make my creations as durable as possible, they are handmade and therefore delicate and need to be treated with care. Keyrings, for example, are intended as ornamental/novelty items as opposed to practical, working keyrings. I advise to avoid submerging items in water and ensure to remove jewellery items before showering to keep your items in lovely condition. Please avoid cleaning creations with products that contain ammonia as well, as this will remove the protective gloss layer. If you do feel the need to clean items, simply wipe them down gently with a damp cloth. ♥ GENERAL NOTES ♥ I am more than happy to re-create 'SOLD' creations in my albums for you upon request :) Please just bare in mind that these recreations may vary slightly in colour, size or shape, due to their handmade nature. I personally see this as adding to the unique characters of each creation, giving them their own personalities and I always prefer that each piece is special and different in some way! Also, if you see a creation you'd like in a different colour or form, feel free to give me a shout! I love to discover what YOU want to see in my creations and love to help customers design their perfect A Ray of Clay piece. Please note, all A Ray of Clay creations are for the adult collector only, as the small pieces can pose a choking hazard to small children. Please keep your creation out of their reach for their safety. ♥ CRAFT EVENTS ♥ I also take part in various craft fairs and markets and will be posting updates about my upcoming events if you would like to come along and see my creations in person.
