If you are planning any special occasion and looking for something just that little bit different, look no further! A Vintage Reception will brighten up your venue in true country style. A Vintage Reception grew out of the love of creativity, beautiful textiles and country nostalgia. We select only quality fabrics for our bunting and table cloth centres and lovingly create them with our own fair hands. By hiring products for your event you will eliminate the time required to source items yourself, enabling you to tick another item off your ‘to do’ list and look forward to your celebration. Our hire prices include cleaning of all items when they are returned to us, so you enjoy the fun part!

HOW IT ALL WORKS MESSAGE US to discuss your requirements and check the availability of items for your event. PLACE YOUR ORDER- 50% of the hire charge is payable to confirm your booking. Once your hire deposit is received you shall receive written confirmation via email or post. Payments are taken via cheque, cash or bank transfer. THE BALANCE for the hired items and the total value of the ‘returnable deposit’ (please see pricing table) is payable 4 weeks before the hire date. DELIVERY- Your hired items can be delivered to you if required, (prices quoted per enquiry) or you may collect from our Bath address. The hire period is for five days. Delivery is usually on a Thursday with items being returned the following Monday. If renting over a Bank Holiday weekend items can be returned on the Tuesday. YOU RETURN items hired in their original packaging either by the method of delivery, or drop off at our Bath address. RETURNABLE DEPOSITS will be refunded when items have been received back, checked and found to be in a reasonable condition, requiring only basic laundering/pressing or washing. We will only consider using the deposit if items are damaged, cut, permanently stained or not returned on the agreed date.
