Description

A1 Response Ltd was established by the present Managing Director Diane Morris in November 1995 and became a limited company in April 2006. Currently having around 25 members of staff, we aim to provide an excellent service to all of our customers, whatever their requirements may be. We understand how important it is for people to have piece of mind that their buildings and contents are safe and secure. The physical presence of a guard will deter the most determined of intruders and can provide reassurance to staff and customers alike. They provide safety, security and if required can alert central stations or the police. All our Security Officers are now fully SIA Trained and have their appropriate license. Our officers take pride in their appearance and are always clean-shaven. All our officers are adequately trained on what to do in different scenarios and events, which may take place on our manned premises, they know how to analyse and work out the best option to resolve the problem. If your wondering what it is all about here’s a quick guide. Someone breaks in and your alarm activates. A signal is then sent to either a monitoring station or our own mobile phone. We are then contacted and are on our way, police may be called if required. We arrive at the premises, if in Wakefield within 20 minutes and maybe catch the criminal or we make the building secure and reset the alarm. We leave a sheet or contact a member of staff to inform what has happened. Lock Up Services: We can provide an open or lock up services to any company big or small. Some of the reasons for lock up services are to protect the building from intruders whilst staff leave the building. They are also to save staff time from locking up, and it also takes the responsibility onto us. There may be another reason of staff being alone late at night or early morning, those winter months are particularly dark and the chance of crime is raised. CCTV Response: We can work in conjunction of your CCTV monitoring station, for instance if they see someone breaking in, the police are called and we are on our way, we then have access to the building as we are key holders, we also have good knowledge of the building layout, this is an excellent way of catching the burglars coming out of different entrances. We also can receive check calls from your lone workers and monitor their attendance via our control room for a small weekly fee. Our response service could also be incorporated into this if needed.
