Hi guys! :) welcome to A&B Personal Training. We've been training dozens of people all around Geelong for over a year now and have a fun and goal smashing cliental group. At A&B Personal Training we build and work around your goals and availability and specialise in weight loss and toning, hypertrophy (muscle mass), boxing and provide free nutritional advice. First session is free! :) $40 per session and $20 per group session (2 people+).
