To assist urban Aboriginal people in the enhancement of employment skills, create the opportunity for self-sufficiency and independence through access to career or employment counseling, programs and services. AFC&TC works in partnership with other service delivery agencies, educational institutions and employers to create training and employment opportunities for Aboriginal clients.
