About My Work. In my spare time I paint about complex issues (complexity and complex systems) and things related thereto. This subject fascinates me tremendously and is also something where I am working on during the week as an independent consultant. My paintings reflect my search, thoughts and findings about the underlying simplicity of complexity and about the possible universal rules for all interaction. Each painting shows one or more aspects of systems or their complex behavior and interaction patterns. All my paintings are about interaction. In systems, clusters and networks it's all about interaction and relationships. Examples I paint about: - The continuous flow of interaction - Sequences of systems - Growth and development (of systems) as result of interaction - 'Growth' as a result of disturbed patterns of interaction - Information as continuum of interaction (information is equal to interaction) - The reciprocity of interaction - The interdependence of connected systems - The continuous change of circumstances (through interaction) - The ever-present of all contexts - The underlying and universal rules for interaction and so on....
