ALC is about bringing true health care to the general public. We co-op out of CrossFit gyms due to the functional fitness aspect of training CrossFit prescribes. We as health care providers believe this is the proper modality of fitness the public needs more of, as well as, real nutrition, conversely less processed foods, stress management, injury care, prehab and rehab.
