Description

Adam's Camp Alaska is a week-long therapeutic, educational, and social event for the campers and their families. The campers - children who have been diagnosed with autism or who are on the autism spectrum - receive individualized therapy for six hours a day from therapists from different disciplines who work together to achieve breakthroughs in communication, socialization, and behavior. The campers' siblings attend their own sibling camp where they participate in arts, crafts, and other recreational activities. The campers' parents receive education, respite, and the time to interact with other families who face similar challenges.
