Description

Classes run at 4:30 - 5:30pm and 6-7pm on Thursday in the Rumour Cafe, Union House West, Level 6, University of Adelaide. Feel Free to come along for a free trial class. You can purchase a membership from our union webpage: https://www.auu.org.au/Clubs/Club.aspx?CID=112 We provide a friendly arena for members to meet and practice yoga and meditation under the supervision of an experienced teacher. Our classes are very cost effective and you would struggle to find anything cheaper in Adelaide. Besides the classes we provide, we organise bush walks and weekend retreats for our members in order to get to know each other better and to create an enjoyable community of like minded mates. The practice of yoga and meditation can be life changing for many. If you are frustrated with the way things are for you at the moment, whether you are stressed, depressed, lost, unwell or just want to be healthier then yoga and meditation might be for you to help you to reconnect with yourself and feel great. We create a relaxed atmosphere for everyone to meet new friends. Come along to our classes to see if this club is right for you. Beginners are most certainly welcome. See you there!
