He has extensive experience in laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy and also performs laparoscopic adjustable gastric band surgery . Dr Armstrong has been performing these procedures in Perth since 2006. He has performed more than 1400 sleeve gastrectomies . He has published extensively on this series and has presented his results at international meetings. Dr Armstrong has worked as a consultant surgeon since 2002 and operates at St.John of God Hospital Subiaco and Hollywood Private Hospital.
