Rodney F. Holcombe, DDS received his Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Virginia in 1982. He attended the Medical College of Virginia where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1986. He completed his residency at the University of Maryland, in Baltimore, Maryland where he received his certificate in Advanced General Dentistry in 1987. Dr. Holcombe has been serving his patients in Tampa Bay for over 25 years. During this time he has consistently offered excellent care through his commitment of continuing education and his state of the art technology. He has taken part of the Pankey Continuum I-VI, Dawson Center for Advanced Education, Hornbrook Institute for Advanced Anterior Esthetic, Frank Spears Continuum, Prosthodontic Intermedia for “Teeth in a Day”, and “Teeth in an Hour”, Nobel Biocare Implant Training. Dr. Holcombe is also state licensed for Conscious Sedation, and I.V. Sedation through Montiefiore Hospital. Dr. Holcombe is a of the Fellow Academy of General Dentistry, a Fellow in the International Congress of Oral Implantologist , American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, West Coast Dental Association, Hillsborough County Dental Association, Hillsborough County Dental Research Clinic, and the Seattle Study Club. Dr. Holcombe currently resides on Davis Island with his wife Christine , a lawyer with Hillsborough County, and their two labradoodles Petie and Sophie. He enjoys running, golf, triathlons, and scuba diving. He also enjoys spending time on his farm in Citrus County. Dr. Holcombe continues to provide the best dentistry that he can in a field that is constantly changing. He strives to put forward the best and most up to date care that he can provide.
