Hello, In my spare time I love creating cakes, my cakes are made from fresh ingredients, not a packet mix in sight, just good old, home baking. I hold a level 2 certificate in food hygiene. My cakes can be individually tailored to your requirements whether you have a design in mind or would like suggestions for ideas. I have a variety of cake flavours to choose from including orange choc chip, chocolate, lemon, toffee and banana, pina colada (non-alcoholic- unless you want it to be) and vanilla.
