I am a Technical Sergeant in the United States Air Force and I have been serving for 13 yrs. I joined the Air Force at age 18 and will be eligible to retire at age 38. I joined the Air Force to serve my country, further my education and experience new places having grown up in Myrtle Creek, Oregon population 3,425. From September 2003 to October 2016 my Air Force career field was Munitions System Technician. I cataloged, maintained, inspected, housed and kept track of aircraft weapon systems such as flare (counter measure for aircraft), missiles, rockets, bombs and air craft cannon ammunition. I also cataloged, maintained, housed, inspected ammunition and explosives for Security Forces and E.O.D. When I retire I plan to go to College full time to further advance in the medical field and will still have my full GI Bill available to do so. I have not had any out of pocket expenses for my education and training. I have also volunteered as a Cub Scout Master at Mountain Home AFB, Idaho as well as volunteering with Boy Scouts of America at Mountain Home AFB and Travis AFB, California. I hope to volunteer again here in Vermont once I have settled in. My wife and I met at Mountain Home AFB, Idaho and we celebrated our 11 yr anniversary in August. Together we have 3 children who are always up for an adventure, 3 dogs who are full of shenanigans, 1 Main Coon mixed breed cat who thinks he is one of the kids or a dog (We aren't quite sure yet) and an affectionate Guinea pig who whistles at you if you stop petting her.
