The AKA Teens Leadership Organization is comprised of young ladies from various high schools in the Metropolitan Detroit Area. We provide a nurturing environment that encourages females in grades nine through twelve to build confidence, character, and self-esteem as they explore: • Leadership, Ethics and Character Development • Financial Literacy • Health Awareness • Life Skills • Citizenship Building • Community Service • Financial Aid & Scholarship Opportunities are provided for the young women in our organization to interact with community leaders, attend seminars, workshops and conferences, along with social activities that provide friendship and fun.
