Alabama Auto Top Specialists was founded in 1976 and has been owned by David West since 1990. Currently, he and his son David Jr., a University of Alabama at Birmingham graduate, are running operations. Along with the father son duo are our five trusted and skilled employees who combine for over 156 years of experience. Alabama Auto Top Specialists is continuing to grow. 2003 witnessed the completion of our state-of-the-art 10,000 square foot facility built from scratch on 3rd Avenue South in Birmingham. The new facility provides great access to I-65 being located at the 3rd Avenue South on ramp. We are the exclusive dealer in the Birmingham metro area for Katzkin Leather and Webasto-Hollandia Sunroofs. We have been a distributor with each of these companies since 1990. In fact, We were the Southern Regions #1 distributor in 2002 for Katzkin Leather. Whatever your automotive trim requirements, Alabama Auto Top Specialists is here to be of service.
