Four ASFA students have received special recognition by the National YoungArts competition: Creative Writing senior Adriane Tharp is a finalist in writing (creative non-fiction) and received a merit award in poetry; Creative Writing senior Dakotah Murphree is a finalist in photography and received a merit award in visual arts and writing (short story); Visual Arts senior Jolie Rambin received a merit award in visual arts;and Theatre Arts senior Michael McKitt received honorable mention in theater. Way to go, Class of 2015!
