Alexander Comley, a manufacturer within the O&G, marine, power, process, chemical and petrochemical industries known as a single source provider. OPEX costs are reduced by controlling the entire supply chain. The company engages an ERP system. Long(er) term project package supply and shorter, fast turn-around deadlines are both easily met. The company falls into three broad sections: 1.) CNC Manufacturing/supplier: customized/specialist, non-standard flanges (eg’s include riser flanges, pipe connector flanges, large rings etc) to technical drawings. 2.) Heat Exchanger Tube Sheet/Plate manufacturer – Manufacture direct from DXF files with in house Delcam/Featurecam CAD reading capability 3.) Complete pipeline packages including: petrochemical fasteners (PED/NACE if required also), gaskets, tube/pipe (seamless/welded), pipe-fittings (including screwed & socket weld), flanges to international standards, valves, plate (Offshore, structural, stainless steel, nickel alloys, chrome-moly, pressure vessel and boiler grades). Materials (but not limited to): • Duplex (F51) (to NORSOK if required) • Super Duplex (F53, F55) (to NORSOK if required) • 6-Moly (F44) • Hi Yield Carbon St (F22, F65) • Carbon St LF2 • S St 304/H/L • S St 316/L/Ti • S St 321/H • S St 347/H • Alloy 20, 200, 400, K500, 600, 625, 718, 800H All product is offered with certification to suit, client and project directed; COC/2.1, 3.1 to 3.2 – testing bodies as desired eg LRQA. Should it be required, further, additional testing can be offered by fully accredited, third party, UKAS approved laboratories, this includes (but not limited to) Ferrite, PMI, MPI, UT and charpy. Other testing can be offered on a case by case basis.
