Not made for heat, rather for the flavor of the peppers.
After marrying a woman who is southern by birth, and promised Cajun cooking, I planted a few pepper plants in the garden. I heavily underestimated how many peppers I would end up with, so, I had to figure out what to do with them, because you don't just waste food. The best thing I figured I could do was to sauce them (like tomatoes). I found a recipe, found out people liked it, tweaked the recipe and dedicated myself to producing the best tasting hot sauce people have ever tried.
