The healing and coaching work I do is designed to stimulate my clients into becoming more connected in body, mind and spirit. Healing may provide support if you are tired or stressed and need some tender loving care or rebalancing. Treatments may act as a preventative against illness, helping you to maintain a sense of equilibrium and well-being. They may be beneficial if you are recovering from illness, injury or emotional upset. Coaching sessions can be useful in exploring the background to a physical or emotional imbalance. They may help you to feel more heard and valued. They may help you to be kinder to yourself, to honour yourself. They may provide you with new perspectives and determination to achieve your dreams. If you are running round in circles with a particular problem, they could help you to find a way forward. I would love the opportunity to work with you wherever you are at this moment in the ocean of life, whether you are out of your depth or clinging to the shoreline. The techniques I offer address the whole of your being. Coaching explores your mind-sets and beliefs. Healing may provide comfort or ease from your symptoms. Both therapies aim to bring you back to the fullness of you. Healing techniques and coaching may be used separately or combined to create a treatment package that suits you individually. During your initial free telephone conversation, we discuss how I may best support you to feel better, to make desired changes in your life or to find renewed sense of purpose. My role is to be a facilitator, working holistically to guide you to greater awareness of the limitless potential for self-healing at a cellular level and to new clarity and enjoyment of life. Changes may occur on several levels: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Long-lasting results can take time to manifest when you adopt new goals or patterns of thought and behaviour. Together, we aim to integrate these into your life and I will support you in staying committed.
